FINER project partners have been working together over the last six months to develop our first project result – the FINER Well-Being E-Book for young adults. And today, we are delighted to be able to officially launch this E-Book, through which we provide advice and support directly to young adults so that they can learn more about what we mean by ‘well-being’, and then understand more about how different factors can impact our well-being. Specific topics covered in this E-Book include how factors like physical activity, nutrition, personal development, active citizenship, our environment and nature, and meditation and mindfulness can all impact our well-being. To support the launch of this FINER Well-Being E-Book with young adults, we are happy to share short introductory podcasts with you in German, Greek, English and Italian.
